Darryl Jones

Darryl Jones currently serves as Quality Manager NZ at Jamestrong Packaging, a position held since June 2025, and previously held the role of Quality Manager at Pact Group Holdings Ltd from March 2022 to June 2025. With a background that includes experience as a Quality Coordinator at Jamestrong Packaging, Laboratory Manager and Health and Safety Coordinator at Lowe Corporation, and Duty Manager at Aquatics Hastings, Darryl has developed a strong expertise in quality management, compliance with various certification standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master of Biomedical Science, Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours), and Bachelor of Biomedical Science, all obtained from Victoria University of Wellington. Darryl's research experience includes work on carbon sources for Saccharomyces cerevisiae and investigations into aptamers binding Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor.
