Mel Bayless

Mel Bayless, PMP, serves as the Senior Director of Customer Onboarding and Delivery at Jamf since October 2025, where responsibilities include designing and scaling onboarding programs and driving customer adoption of SaaS identity solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Customer Enablement and Support at Identity Automation, where Mel established the Customer Enablement department that reduced onboarding time and churn rates, and as Executive Information Security Director at Ecolab, overseeing critical security initiatives for top executives. Mel has held various leadership positions throughout a diverse career, including IT Director roles at Ecolab and Nalco Champion, where contributions included implementing software license management programs and establishing global service desks. Academically, Mel holds an MBA in Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, complemented by an Associate of Science in Accounting from Ashland Community and Technical College.
