Currently serving as a Partner at Jamieson Corporate Finance LLP since January 2006, Tom specializes in advising management teams on private company M&A and private equity transactions. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Finance Director at 2morrow Group plc, where responsibilities included overseeing financial strategies for companies in the travel industry. Tom's career also includes a tenure at KPMG in the Corporate Finance, Private Equity division, focusing on MBOs, MBIs, fundraisings, and disposals. Tom's academic background includes a BA in Business Studies and Information Systems from The University of Sheffield and professional training from the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment.
