Susan Wills has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Susan has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Susan has worked as the Vice President of Professional Services/Project Manager/Consultant/Trainer at JAMIS Software Corporation since 2010. In this role, they manage the Professional Services department, overseeing consulting, training, and transactional accounting services. From 1996 to 2001, Susan was the Director of Professional Services at Maxwell Business Systems, where they managed a department of 25. Susan'sresponsibilities included consulting, training, and phone support for job cost accounting solutions software.

At S-Cubed, Maxwell Laboratories, Inc., Susan held the role of Manager of Finance from 1989 to 1996. Susan was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for a $30 million defense R&D division and presented financial results to senior staff. Susan also served as the division's liaison to the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).

Susan Wills completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Secondary Education at Saint Francis University from 1968 to 1972. Susan pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in American History from Montclair State University, attending from 1973 to 1975. Later on, Susan enrolled at the University of San Diego and completed their Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Finance between 1983 and 1985.
