Katherine Long is an experienced digital marketing professional with a robust background in email marketing, content management, and project coordination. Currently serving as the Email Marketing & Retention Manager at JAM+ since June 2025, Katherine previously held leadership roles at Prana Pets as Digital Marketing Team Lead and Digital Marketing Manager, focusing on company rebranding and customer retention strategies.
