Angela Chen

Angela Chen is a seasoned business analyst with over two decades of experience in benefits administration and systems analysis. Currently at JAMS since September 2012, Angela specializes in Business Objects conversion to MicroStrategy and has proficiency in SAP Business Objects, Toad SQL, and various document management systems. Angela previously held roles at St. Joseph Health System, where responsibilities included PeopleSoft support and leading user groups for ATS implementations, as well as at Mitsubishi Motors, where retirement pension plans and health programs were managed. Additional experience includes benefits systems analysis at EarthLink and CPEhr, where Angela led system implementations and managed benefit enrollments. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
