Claude M. Stern, Esq. is an experienced mediator, arbitrator, special master/referee, and neutral evaluator at JAMS since October 2023. Previously, Claude co-chaired the National Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and served as the Managing Partner of the Silicon Valley office at Quinn Emanuel from June 2003 to May 2021, representing a wide range of clients in intellectual property and technology-related disputes. Claude's extensive legal career also includes partnerships at Fenwick & West, Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliott LLP, and Horwich & Warner LLP, as well as an associate role at Morrison & Forester LLP and a judicial law clerk position with Hon. Jerome Farris at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Claude holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from UCLA.
