Hon. Glenda Sanders

Hon. Glenda Sanders (Ret.) currently serves as a mediator, arbitrator, special master/referee, and neutral evaluator at JAMS since February 2023. With a distinguished judicial career as a judge at Orange County Superior Court from 2003 to 2023, Glenda Sanders also held prominent roles at Latham & Watkins, first as an associate from 1986 to 1992 and then as a partner from 1993 to 2000. Earlier in the career, Glenda Sanders practiced as a barrister in Durban from 1981 to 1986 and contributed to legal academia as an assistant professor of law at the University of Cape Town for a brief period in 1980. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Cambridge, along with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
