Mark Segall

Mark Segall is a seasoned mediator and arbitrator at JAMS since August 2010, focusing on complex litigation in financial services, securities, employment, antitrust, banking, real estate, insurance, intellectual property, and commercial disputes, with notable expertise in resolving employment issues involving senior executives. Prior to this role, Mark served as Head of Litigation, Senior Vice President, and Associate General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from May 2003 to January 2010, overseeing global litigation across six business sectors. Mark's legal career began as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 1978 to 1985, followed by various leadership positions in litigation, including roles at Finley, Kumble, and Chemical Banking Corporation. Mark holds a J.D., magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and an A.B. in Government from Harvard University.
