Matthew Goddard

Matthew Goddard has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Matthew began their career in 2005 at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, where they held various positions such as Rooms Controller, Night Auditor, and Bellman. In 2011, they joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Human Resources Coordinator until 2017. Matthew then worked as a Recruiter at Young's Market Company from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they became a National Talent Engagement Manager at Roth Staffing, supporting over 100 branch offices and 650+ coworkers. Currently, they are employed at JAMS as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, they were involved in Talent Acquisition Management at JAMS and was the Co-Founder of Locals Choice LLC.

Matthew Goddard completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies at California State University, Fullerton from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, from 2007 to 2011, they gained life experience through world travel, with a focus on travel and exploration. In 2010, they attended Universitat d'Alacant, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown.

In terms of additional certifications, Matthew Goddard obtained a certification in HR Analytics from Cornell University in August 2023. Matthew also completed a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Building a Diverse Workforce from Cornell University in March 2023.
