Scott J. Silverman

Scott J. Silverman possesses extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Mediator and Arbitrator at JAMS since May 2012, where Scott also holds ownership and a position on the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Scott was a Circuit Court Judge for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit from 1999 to 2012 and served as a Dade County Judge from 1991 to 1999. Earlier in Scott's career, from 1985 to 1991, Scott practiced personal injury litigation. Scott J. Silverman earned a JD with an emphasis in Oil and Gas law from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a BBA in finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
