Josephine Koreman

Josephine Koreman serves as the Human Resources Manager at Jan Linders supermarkten since May 2022, focusing on transitioning the organization to a franchise model within Ahold Delhaize. Prior experience includes a long tenure at EssilorLuxottica, where from October 1998 to December 2021, Josephine held the position of Country Director for Business Support in the Benelux region, leading HR, payroll, legal and compliance, and facility departments, while driving various strategic initiatives and resulting in significant savings. Previous roles encompass managing business support for the Benelux/Nordics & Baltics at Essilor, directing HR operations, and working as the director of an employment agency.
