Natalie started their career as a sr. account manager at The Integer Group in 1999. There they oversaw the strategic planning and implementation of inaugural online advertising campaigns for Tidy Cats, Pine Sol and Clorox bleach. In 2001 they moved to DDB where they managed a team of creative, media, and junior account executives to successfully implement and negotiate the first ever Sponsored Content program in the Company's history for Brita water.

After 2 years at DDB, Natalie moved to McCann Worldgroup where they led a team of creative, media and account executives to successfully implement the rollout of multimedia Global Microsoft Enterprise and Small Business campaigns. Natalie has been with Jan Marini Skin Research since 2004 and is currently the marketing operations manager.

Natalie Schmidt has a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Natalie Schmidt reports to Stuart Mohr, VP, Marketing & Clinical. Harsha Potiny - Full Stack Developer, Maile Chock - Marketing Manager, and Ben Canant - Web Engineer report to Natalie Schmidt.
