Bharath B R

Bharath B R has held a variety of roles in the medical device industry since 2009. In 2009, they began their professional career at Biocon as an Executive. In 2013, they joined ReaMetrix as a Research Associate, where they developed point-of-care diagnostic assays for infectious diseases and was involved in marketing and business development. In 2016, Bharath joined Jana Care as Director of Technology, where they were responsible for coordinating with management to analyze projects and prioritize customer issues. Bharath also prepared budgets for projects and monitored progress to ensure objectives were achieved. Additionally, they developed functional strategies for processes and recommended improvements, while working with an international team to create the next generation of diagnostic and management tools. In 2018, they were promoted to R&D Team Lead, where they served as a change agent with entrepreneurial and leadership qualities, and seized control of critical problem areas to deliver on organization/customer commitments.

Bharath B R received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Biotechnology from Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering (RVCE) between 2010 and 2013. Bharath then went on to pursue a MTech (By Research) in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2018. Prior to this, Bharath attended Sheshadripuram Boys High School.
