Bikash Chandra Sahoo

Bikash Chandra Sahoo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Zonal HR Operations Head at Jana Small Finance Bank since December 2022, after previously holding the title of Regional Human Resources Manager. Sahoo has a strong background in human resources management, demonstrated through roles at Procter & Gamble as Head of Human Resources and as HR Manager at Metro Builders Odisha Pvt Ltd. Prior experience includes positions at Saud Bahwan Group LLC and ORIPOL Industries Limited, where Sahoo engaged in various HR functions including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation. Sahoo holds dual Bachelor of Laws degrees from Madhusudan Law College and D.S.
