Gurdeep Gill

Gurdeep Gill is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the mortgage and housing finance sector. Currently serving as Zonal Sales Manager at Jana Small Finance Bank since January 2022, Gurdeep is responsible for driving sales growth and managing a portfolio of affordable and normal housing loans in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Prior to this role, Gurdeep held the position of Area Sales Manager at HDFC Bank, overseeing mortgage sales in the same regions from February 2019 to August 2022. Experience also includes roles as Regional Sales Manager at DHFL and Area Sales Manager at Axis Bank, where responsibilities included managing home loans and mortgage loans across various locations. Gurdeep’s career began at HDFC Bank in 2008, where as Senior Manager, managed mortgage loans across 28 locations in Madhya Pradesh until February 2016.
