Hemant Patil

Hemant Patil has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as the National Head of Collections at Jana Small Finance Bank since July 2025. Prior to this role, Hemant was the National Business Head for Car Loans at Manappuram Finance Limited from November 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading a core team in Sales, Credit, Product, Risk, Operations, and Collections. Additional roles at Manappuram included National Credit Manager and Zonal Credit Head for the South. Hemant's earlier career includes positions as Regional Business Head at Magma Fincorp Private Limited, Regional Sales Manager at Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd., and Regional Sales Head at ICICI Bank. Hemant holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing from Karnataka University, Dharwad.
