Munzareen Sayyed

Munzareen Sayyed has extensive experience in leadership and project management within the financial and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Zonal Team Lead and AVP at Jana Small Finance Bank since October 2016, Munzareen specializes in learning and transformation, process excellence, business acumen, and stakeholder management. Previous experience as a Manager at Parivar Seva Sanstha involved strategic planning and management of healthcare budgets, achieving significant targets and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Academically, Munzareen holds an MSc in Mathematics and a Master of Social Work with a focus on medical and psychiatric social work from Vikram University, alongside a PG diploma in Gerontological Counselling from the Indian Institute of Counselling.
