Rincoo Vachha

Rincoo is the Head – Affordable Housing Loan (AHM) and Micro Housing Loan (MHL) and responsible for setting up and driving the Housing Finance business for Jana Small Finance Bank.

Rincoo comes with more than 21 years of experience, primarily in Home Loans at various leadership positions. He joined Jana Bank from ICICI Bank Ltd., where he was instrumental in setting up and growing business for ICICI Bank’s Home Finance subsidiary in tier II and tier III markets across the country. Rincoo started his career in Logistics industry and has also worked with CRISIL in the real estate ratings division.

He has completed his post graduate management degree in Marketing from Prin. L.N.Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (WeSchool), Mumbai University, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics.
