Vikash Babu

Vikash Babu possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Zonal Talent Acquisition Lead & Business Partner at Jana Small Finance Bank since June 2016. In this role, Vikash is responsible for manpower planning, designing sourcing strategies, and implementing staffing solutions across multiple regions for a large organization serving over 50 million customers. Previously, Vikash worked as an HR Business Partner at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, managing the hiring processes for approximately 1,000 employees and overseeing various HR functions such as training, employee engagement, and talent management. Vikash's career also includes a brief tenure at Larsen & Toubro on a significant logistics project. Academically, Vikash holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from GLA University and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from RBS College, Agra University.
