Riikka Moilanen

Riikka Moilanen currently serves as Mayor for both Janakkalan kunta and Oulaisten kaupunki. Prior experience includes roles as Toimitusjohtaja at Taukokangas Oy, Hallintojohtaja at Oulaisten kaupunki, and Project Coordinator at BusinessOulu, focusing on employment services and business cooperation. Moilanen has also held the position of Managing Director at Pihlajalinna Oulu Oy and was the first full-time Chairman of the Board for Oulun kaupunki. An entrepreneurial background is evident from time spent at Pauli Moilanen Oy, while earlier political experience includes serving as a Member of Parliament. Moilanen holds a Master's degree in Health and Social Management from the University of Eastern Finland and a Master's in Administrative Sciences from the University of Lapland, alongside ongoing studies at the University of Vaasa.
