Pawan SPLV

Pawan SPLV has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, Pawan worked as an Associate Publicity Member for Spring Fest. In 2013, Pawan became a Core Organizing Team Member for the same organization. Pawan then took on a summer intern role at Attra in 2015. In 2014, Pawan worked as a Physics Content Lead at Eagerbug, where responsibilities included content creation and work allocation. From 2016 to 2018, Pawan held multiple roles at HCL Infosystems Ltd., including Business Development Executive, Program Manager - Process Improvement, and Program Manager. Pawan joined Farmley in 2018 as part of the Core Team for Product and Data, working on building a digital ecosystem for food commodities purchase. In 2020, Pawan worked as a Product Manager at CARS24. Pawan's most recent role is at Kindly (YC W22), where they started as the Head of Strategy and Operations and later transitioned into the role of AVP - Sales and Operations in October 2022.

Pawan SPLV completed their high school education from Narayana Junior College, Narayanaguda, during the period of 2010 to 2012. Pawan attained a high school degree with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.

Following their high school education, Pawan SPLV pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Pawan'sundergraduate education spanned from 2012 to 2016.
