Kasmira Pawa

Kasmira (Kas) Pawa serves as the VP, Chief of Staff at Jane App since November 2025, focusing on enhancing the community of health care professionals. Prior to this role, Kasmira held multiple positions at DigitalOcean, including VP of Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO, where the mission centered on simplifying cloud and AI technologies for software developers. Kasmira also worked at McKinsey & Company in various roles, including Engagement Manager, leading large-scale projects and optimizing growth strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at Goldman Sachs, CrossBoundary, TechnoServe, and internships at the Paul Scherrer Institut. Kasmira holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
