Steve Youngki Hong

Steve Youngki Hong is a seasoned Software QA Engineer with extensive experience in automated testing and quality assurance across multiple industries. Currently at Jane.App, Steve focuses on building and maintaining end-to-end regression test suites using a variety of technologies, including Protractor, WebDriver.IO, and Cypress. Previously, at PayByPhone Technologies Inc., Steve developed automated regression test suites and conducted performance testing within a Scrum agile environment. Earlier roles include contributions as a QA Analyst at Rocket Gaming Systems and as a Senior QA Analyst at SK C&C, where Steve led various initiatives, including ISO9001 certification acquisition and the establishment of software development methodologies. Steve holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, complemented by advanced degrees in Electronics from Korea University.
