Manuel Silva Subires has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Manuel began their career at Prysmian Group in 1997, where they held the position of Senior ICT Business Analyst for Draka Cables until 2011. Manuel then transitioned to the role of Senior SAP Basis Consultant until 2014. In 2014, Manuel joined Volpak | HFFS Pouching Machinery Manufacturers as a Senior ICT Business Analyst 360, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they are serving as the CIO / CISO at JANÉ Group, a position they have held since February 2020.
Manuel Silva Subires received a Higher National Diploma in Computing Software Engineering from BTEC (Business & Technology Education Council) from 1999 to 2002. During the same period, they also pursued a degree in Informática de gestión y sistemas from ESI Barcelona. Additionally, Manuel has obtained various certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt from Project Management Institute and LinkedIn, Microsoft SharePoint Online: Administración, Scrum avanzado, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and various others from LinkedIn. Manuel also holds certifications from Cisco and Microsoft as a part of their ongoing education.

Jané was born in 1932 in Barcelona, Spain, and boasts over 85 years of experience in the pram and nursery industry. Manuel Jané Vidal proudly created a pram for his new born son, Ramon. It caused admiration among friends and neighbours encouraging him to build a couple of pushchairs which folded up making them far more convenient. He took his creations to one of Barcelona’s leading department stores and the first orders came through, just one week later, and Jané began to manufacture folding pushchairs… with many more product innovations to follow over the years. Jané’s Philosophy Children’s safety is paramount and when researching and developing new products, Jané aims to exceed industry regulations. Jané’s design and technology innovations ensure that all products are designed for babies’ health as well as safety.
