Kristen Kimi Chang has extensive experience in campus recruiting and admissions, currently serving in a role focused on Campus Recruiting Strategy at Jane Street since April 2019. Prior to this, Kristen held several positions at PIMCO from June 2013 to April 2019, including Vice President and Campus Recruiter for both undergraduate and MBA programs. Kristen's earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Southern California, where significant achievements included a 47% increase in annual applications. Kristen’s professional background also encompasses auditing, with roles at Deloitte & Touche, starting as an Audit Intern in 2006 and then advancing to Senior Assistant Auditor from 2007 to 2009. Kristen earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2007.
