Kyle Jorstad

Kyle Jorstad is a Tax Specialist at Jane Street since April 2024, previously serving as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from October 2019 to March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from September 2018 to September 2019 and as a Summer Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP during the summer of 2017. Kyle also gained experience as a Legal Intern at The Heico Companies LLC in the summer of 2016. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Chicago Law School (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2011-2015).
