Colin Chauche

Colin Chauche has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the fields of software engineering and lighting programming.

Beginning in 2012, they worked as a self-employed Moving Light Programmer and Freelance Entertainment Electrician until 2020. During this time, they gained expertise in programming and operating lighting systems for live performances.

In 2019, Colin worked as a Lighting Programmer for several theater companies, including The Public Theater, Soho Rep., and MCC Theater. Colin was responsible for creating and controlling lighting cues for various productions.

Colin's software engineering experience includes roles at Software Engineering Applications, where they worked as a Backend and Frontend Engineer for different projects in 2021. Colin also had a teaching role at Hack Reactor, where they provided individual support and tutored students in various programming concepts and technologies.

In 2021, Colin joined Radiator Labs as a Frontend Developer and then transitioned to Jane Technologies, Inc. in 2022, where they currently work as a Full Stack Developer.

Colin Chauche completed a Software Engineering Immersive program at Hack Reactor from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatrical Production and Design with a specialization in Lighting Design from the State University of New York at Fredonia between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications as a PADI Divemaster from PADI, obtained in April 2018, and an IRATA Level 1 certification from IRATA International, obtained in 2016.
