Francesco Gisondi

Francesco Gisondi has a diverse work experience. Francesco started working at Mizu Sushi Co. in October 2018, where they served as the Co-Founder, Head of Product, and Lead Trainer. During their time there, they successfully launched a Direct to Consumer digital satellite kitchen, making Mizu Sushi Co. Vancouver's first plant-based sushi restaurant and achieving recognition as an "UberEats Top Restaurant" in Vancouver from May to August 2021. Francesco also played a crucial role as a Program Manager in developing the initial product roadmap, overseeing its ongoing evolution, and ensuring its final delivery. Furthermore, they exhibited strong leadership skills by coaching a team of 5 employees through weekly meetings and one-on-one developmental conversations.

Following their tenure at Mizu Sushi Co., Francesco joined Apple in June 2011 as a Mac Genius, where they spent over a decade until June 2022.

Most recently, Francesco joined Jane Technologies, Inc. in June 2022 as a Technical Support Representative.
