Prior to this, they worked at Carbon Five | A West Monroe Company, where they held various product management roles, including Principal Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager. Before that, Grace worked as a Product Manager for Kodak Alaris, where they led the iOS and Android app teams for the Kodak Moments app, overseeing global revenue and optimizing the shopping cart experience.
