Laila Firouzan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Laila started their career as a Hostess at The Walnut Grill in 2014. Laila then took on roles such as Administration and Recruiting Intern at Opus Business Consulting in 2016 and Treasurer at John Carroll University Psychology Club in the same year. In 2016, they also worked as a Student Teacher of Philosophy at Great Lakes Internships.
In 2017, Laila joined Carnegie Mellon University as an HCM Specialist before transitioning to ZOLL Medical Corporation as an Account Coordinator later that year. Laila also held the position of Campus Manager & Live Sales Coordinator at University Tees from 2015 to 2018.
Laila's customer success skills were showcased during their time at JazzHR, where they worked as a Customer Success Specialist from 2018 to 2020, and then became a Senior Customer Success Specialist from 2020 to 2021.
Laila'smost recent experience at Jane Technologies, Inc. involved working their way up from a Technical Support Specialist in 2021 to a Technical Support Team Lead in 2022, and finally, a Manager, Technical Support from 2022 onwards.
Laila Firouzan began their education at Mt. Lebanon High School from 2009 to 2013. Following high school, they attended John Carroll University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy. In 2015, they also had the opportunity to study Italian Language and Literature at John Carroll University in Italy.
