Elsie Tanadjaja

Elsie Tanadjaja currently serves as Partner Success Manager at Jane Technologies, Inc., a position held since March 2020. Previously, Elsie worked at FishWise from October 2010 to February 2020, where roles included Data Division Director and Project Director, focusing on pre-sales, customer success, and data analytics solutions to aid businesses in achieving sustainability goals. Elsie also contributed as a Project Manager, establishing standards for customer engagement and building analytics systems. Additional experience includes a role as Cultural Specialist at John Weller Photography, where film documentation of community marine initiatives was undertaken, and serving as a Master's candidate at Moss Landing Marine Laboratories, conducting pioneering research on ocean acidification. Elsie has a B.S. in Zoology and a minor in Asian American Studies from UC Santa Barbara, along with an M.Sc. in Marine Sciences from Moss Landing Marine Laboratories.
