Jon Turner

Jon Turner is an accomplished Chief Information Security Officer with extensive experience in IT security across various sectors. Currently leading IT security initiatives at Janes, Jon is responsible for global security governance and compliance. Previous roles include Group Privacy & Information Security Officer at Lookers plc and CISO & Founder of SecBlu, where strategic cybersecurity leadership was a focus. Jon has also served as CISO at Capita and Information Security Director at Co-op, managing comprehensive security transformations and risk management. Early in Jon's career, positions included Head of IT Security at Nationwide Building Society and Capital One Bank Europe PLC, where expertise in security compliance and infrastructure was developed. Educationally, Jon holds a BSc (HONS) in Computing from Loughborough University.
