Steve Callan

Steve Callan has a strong background in various technology roles. Steve started their career as a Software Engineer/Developer/DBA at Auto-trol Technology, where they worked from 2000 to 2005. Steve then moved on to Merkle, where they served as a Senior Database Administrator from 2006 to 2007. Steve then joined LodgeNet Interactive Corporation as a Senior Database Administrator from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they worked in private consulting from 2010 onwards, where they specialized in SEO, website development, managed IT services, Oracle consulting and training, and SQL Server administration. In 2011, they joined JangoMail as a Technical Support/Sales professional, later becoming the CTO in 2014 and the President in 2016. Steve's roles at JangoMail involved overseeing the delivery of email services and managing various features such as personalization, scheduling, triggers, autoresponders, and database integration.

Steve Callan has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Steve also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research) from New Mexico State University. Additionally, Steve has completed all but their dissertation for a PhD in Mathematical & Computer Sciences from the Colorado School of Mines. Steve further obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software & Information Systems from Regis University. Steve Callan has also earned certifications in Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
