Dean Ngo

Dean Ngo is currently the Head of People & Culture at Janie and Jack, where Dean leads the company's Human Resources function. Prior to this role, Dean has held various HR leadership positions in companies such as Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, 24 Hour Home Care, King's Hawaiian, Shoes For Crews, Deckers Brands, GameStop, Brightview Landscapes, and Federation of Employers and Workers of America. Dean has a strong legal background and extensive experience in HR compliance, legal affairs, and providing HR support to various client groups. Dean holds a B.S.B.A in Finance from the University of Denver and a law degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law.
