Rebecca Rauth

Rebecca Rauth is a seasoned merchandise professional with extensive experience in the retail industry. Currently serving as the Head of Merchandising at Janie and Jack since May 2020, Rauth previously held the position of Head of Women's Merchandising for the Banana Republic Outlet Division at Gap Inc. from May 2018 to May 2020. Prior roles include Director of New Business Initiatives at Minted, where Rauth launched the children’s brand Little Mint and apparel lines, and Founder of BONMOT, an online women’s clothing brand. Rauth has also held various leadership positions at Gap Inc. across different divisions, focusing on women's merchandising. Academic credentials include a BA with honors in History from Yale University, supplemented by participation in Founder Labs, Women 2.0.
