Keyra Martinez, MPA, has extensive experience in human resources and case management, currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Janitorial Services Inc since June 2021. Prior to this role, Keyra worked as a Bilingual Career Coach at The Centers for Families and Children, providing individuals with essential job search tools and guidance on transferable skills. Keyra's earlier experience includes serving as a Care Coordinator Supervisor at Diaspora Community Services, where case management supervision and client care coordination were key responsibilities. Keyra also worked as an Administrative Case Manager at Fedcap, managing over 500 cases involving clients with medical and mental health challenges, and in various case management roles at Food First Inc. and Wildcat. Keyra holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Metropolitan College of New York.
