Lynn Falbo, CHDM, has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Lynn is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Sales at Janko Hospitality since June 2021. Prior to this, Lynn held various managerial roles at White Lodging Services, including Market Director of Sales & Marketing for their River North Hotel Collection from March 2016 to April 2021, Director of Sales & Marketing for the Courtyard Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile from February 2013 to March 2016, Director of Sales for Midway Hotel Center from May 2011 to February 2013, Sr. Sales Manager at Indianapolis Marriott Downtown from October 2009 to May 2011, Business Travel Sales Manager from August 2008 to October 2009, Cluster Sales Manager from October 2006 to August 2008, Front Desk Manager from May 2006 to October 2006, and Event Manager in Training from June 2005 to May 2006.
Lynn Falbo, CHDM, has a BA in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, which was obtained from 2001 to 2005. In 2019, Lynn earned a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell University. Additionally, Lynn holds certifications such as Cvent Supplier Network Certification from Cvent, Google Ads Search Certification from Google, and CHDM (Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer) from HSMAI, obtained in 2020, 2019, and 2015 respectively.
