Rachael McDonald

Rachael McDonald has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Rachael currently works as an Area Director of Sales for Janko Hospitality, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Sales at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott from August 2021 to July 2023. Rachael also worked as a Sales Marketing Manager at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Romeoville, IL from August 2020 to February 2022.

Before their roles in sales and marketing, Rachael worked as an Executive Housekeeping Supervisor at Love Management Company, Inc. from August 2019 to August 2020. Rachael also had a brief stint as a Lead Recovery Coach at Stepping Stones, Inc. from January 2019 to July 2019.

Rachael's earlier experience includes various positions at TMI Hospitality starting from January 2012. Rachael worked as a Breakfast Host & Housekeeper from January 2012 to January 2013, a Front Desk Associate from January 2013 to October 2013, a Front Office Supervisor from October 2013 to October 2014, an Assistant General Manager from October 2014 to April 2015, and finally as a Sales Coordinator from April 2015 to December 2018.
