Chuck Bagocius

Chuck Bagocius, MBA, MCR, LEED GA, currently serves as the Head of Real Estate at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC since May 2021. Previously, Chuck held various roles at TD, including Director of US Corporate Real Estate Strategy, Planning and Occupancy Management, and Head of North American Strategy for Enterprise Real Estate. Key accomplishments include leading initiatives to reduce corporate space and occupancy costs significantly, developing relocation strategies for major corporate campuses, and enhancing portfolio strategies for approximately 10 million square feet of real estate. Chuck's educational background includes an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rowan University.
