Joe Culley

Joe Culley is the Head of the Capital Markets Group at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, overseeing the firm's Equities, Fixed Income, and Investment Banking business units and serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team since August 2000. Culley has held various prominent positions, including Board Member of the American Securities Association and Board Chair of FIG Partners. Additionally, Culley contributed as a Committee Member for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Greater Philadelphia program and served on the Boards of the Equity Dealers of America and the Philadelphia Securities Association. Culley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Swarthmore College.
