Roger Spatz

Roger Spatz is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Business Consultant since February 2023, Spatz has held the position of President at JanSport since December 2018, where responsibilities included merging JanSport and Eagle Creek into a separate operating business and enhancing brand strategy. Spatz also transitioned from CFO to President at Eagle Creek in January 2013, overseeing strategy and growth initiatives. Prior to these roles, Spatz was President of Reef from December 2016 to December 2018, and served as Chief Financial Officer for both Reef and Eagle Creek. Spatz's earlier experience includes serving as CFO at VF Outlet and holding key financial roles at Cambridge-Lee Industries.
