Kaily De La Cruz is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at January Digital since November 2021. Kaily has progressed through various roles in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator and advancing to Senior Coordinator prior to the current position. Previous experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at National Income Life Insurance Company and a Corporate Communications Resident at IPG Mediabrands. Kaily also held positions as a Peer Career Advisor at the University at Albany, SUNY, and completed an internship at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC. Kaily earned a degree from the University at Albany between 2015 and 2019.
