Ben Wilcox Sr

Ben Wilcox Sr started their work experience in 2011 at Wayne Dalton Corp., where they held the role of Sr Project Manager National Accounts/ Sales Manager. In this role, they managed 37 installation projects and 13 self-storage installation crews. Ben was also responsible for reading blueprints to quote large storage facility projects. Additionally, Ben consistently exceeded sales goals, achieving 196% and 193% of the company's monthly plan in January and February 2017, respectively. Ben exceeded the marginal goal by 4.8% and the sales goal by $5. In 2018, they joined Janus International as a Project Manager/ Unit Auditor and was later promoted to the role of Regional Sales Manager.
