Richard Lillie

Richard Lillie is an experienced professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the VP of Corporate Accounts at Janus International since February 2025. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Vice President of Sales at DBCI from April 2022 to February 2025. Richard's tenure at Janus International began in March 2008, where responsibilities included Vice President of Business Development R3 and Southeast Sales Manager. Richard's career in sales began at Shaw Flooring from March 2006 to March 2008. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of North Georgia, earned between 1999 and 2001, and also attended Reinhardt University from 1991 to 1993.
