Joseph Spencer is the Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Business Services at JANUS Research Group. With a background in software engineering and GIS technical leadership, Joseph has extensive experience in the military and private sector. After retiring from the United States Army Reserve in 2019, Joseph continues to excel in their current roles at JANUS Research Group. Joseph holds a BS degree in Geography from Northwest Missouri State University.
