Reza Farahmand

Reza Farahmand has over 18 years of experience in the Information Technology field. In 2003, they began their career as a Software QA at Biosite, Inc. where they were responsible for software testing, VTP implementation, and error identification and bug report generation. In 2005, they moved to Alere, Inc. where they held the roles of Information Systems Specialist II and LIS System Technician. In 2011, they joined Tandem Diabetes Care and held various roles including Manager, Systems Engineering, Sr. Systems Engineer, Lead, Sr. Lead Systems Administrator II, Systems Administrator II, Systems Administrator, and Desktop Systems Specialist II. In 2020, they joined Evofem Biosciences as Associate Director, Information Technology, where they were responsible for directing the IT department, leading technological innovation to scale with corporate growth strategy, and developing and directing execution of IT policy and procedure. Reza is currently the Director of Information Technology at Janux Therapeutics.

Reza Farahmand obtained a BA in History from San Diego State University between 2009 and 2010, and an Associate of Arts (AA) in History/Communications from San Diego Mesa College between 2006 and 2008. Reza also holds various certifications, including a Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate from Fortinet obtained in August 2020, an Azure Concepts certification from Linux Academy obtained in November 2019, and a FHT 101: Falcon Platform Technical Fundamentals certification from CrowdStrike obtained in September 2020.
