Bena Hsieh

Bena Hsieh is an experienced Site Reliability Engineer currently working at Japan Computer Vision Corp. since September 2021. Prior to this role, Bena served as a Software Engineer at IQVIA from June 2017 to August 2021, where expertise included AWS technologies (Lambda, SQS, ApiGateway, EC2, CloudFormation, Cognito), Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Ansible. Earlier experience includes positions as a Computer Science Tutor & Demonstrator at the University of Auckland and IT Support for the Hong Kong Students' Society, both held from March 2014 to November 2015, as well as an internship at StudyFun in late 2014. Bena Hsieh holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts degree in Computer Science, Psychology, and German from the University of Auckland, completed in 2016.
