Chieko Kitagawa

Chieko Kitagawa is a seasoned interpreter and translator with extensive experience in the field since 1997 as a self-employed professional. In addition to providing translation services, Chieko has served as a Japanese instructor at the Japan Society of Northern California since 1991, teaching Japanese to business professionals at various levels. Chieko has also worked as an enrolled agent and master tax advisor at H&R Block until April 2022 and has held multiple contract positions as a Japanese document reviewer for prominent law firms, including Winston & Strawn LLP, Deloitte, Cooley LLP, Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Morrison & Foerster LLP, and Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP. Chieko holds a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language from San Francisco State University.
