Hiromi Schugart

Hiromi Schugart has a robust background in finance and community service, with experience as the Director of Financial Strategies at Franklin Resources, Inc. from May 1998 to September 2019 and as an Experienced Manager in Audit at Arthur Andersen from September 1988 to May 1998.
